The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is the members only magic club hosted on Zoom video conferencing. This allows members to catch up with each other, share ideas and get the latest info on new products that we can use as christian magicians.

Fully paid up members will receive an email with the zoom link and passwords. This will be sent on the day of the meeting. Members must be fully paid up BEFORE the day of the meeting to guarantee receiving the codes via email.

The clubhouse is open 8pm till 10pm
on the 1st Tuesday of each month.

Please make sure you join the meeting promptly at 8pm. The host will need to individually approve you all as you join the meeting, so you may need to wait a few seconds while we do this for everybody at the start.

Please note that the Clubhouse can only be accessed via the link on the email. You cannot access it via the website

OK, I put my hand up. This is very conference centred, but I believe it will have a huge benefit for those who could not make it either in person or virtually. So please look at what you do with your magic and tell us what you have practically done since conference and how that has or will make your magic better. If you could demonstrate that would be fantastic.

In April we will be hosting the Distinctive Magic of Steve Faulkner an award winning street performer, British and National, IBM champion and an award winner at the magic circle close up competition, we expect this will be very good indeed. Steve is also an after dinner speaker and leadership coach so come and join us Tuesday April 1st at 8pm.

Improving Presentation

Including an object lesson in how to improve your magic presentations. To begin two videos will be shown of a members performance just two weeks apart, Why were the changes made? Did the changes work? What else could be done? Bring along examples of performances you need assistance with. These are great sessions when we can all learn and encourage as a team.

Please "HELP". Yes its that time to use the minds of everybody attending to improve or get new ideas for you act. You can send in a video (please do this in advance) or show your effect. then we can all discus how we could improve upon it. Perhaps you just have a new item that you are stuck on how to use, or perhaps you have a limited amount of props but need a specific message delivered. Its up to you. These are great evenings as everybody learns.

Don't know how to use Zoom?

Zoom is an interactive conferencing program. To use zoom all you nee to do is to go to the zoom.us website and download the 'zoom client'. this will dramaticaly improve your zoom experience. It is also advisable for you to sign up for the FREE version of zoom. All you need is an email to do this. Again this will vastly improve the quality of the video and audio when you join us. When you start zoom you will need to 'allow' zoom to access your audio or camera when prompted.
