Marc Paul

Wednesday

Marc was introduced to magic, like so many others, when a relative bought him a magic set at the age of 7, and like so many others he couldn't do any of the tricks! It was only when he was off ill from school one day that the magic set was pulled out of the cupboard and young Marc discovered how to vanish a coin. He amazed his mum, then his school friends, with this little miracle and hasn't looked back since!

Marc developed a strong fascination in the art of mentalism inspired mainly by his hero David Berglas.

Since the early 90's Marc has made regular appearances on television. They include...

In 1999 he got the opportunity to create and perform in his own 16 episode series for cable TV called "Mind Games." This show was seen by the judging panel for the World Magic Awards in Las Vegas and as a result Marc won the title of "World's Greatest Mentalist" for that year.

On Christmas Eve 2002 he appeared on the BBC's Parkinson show and amazed Michael and his guests Tom Jones, Martine McCutcheon and Alistair McGowan.

You can currently see him every week on Sky One as part of the "Undercover Magic" team.

Iain Bailey

Monday

Iain is an award winning magician and pickpocket. He has over 16 million views on TikTok and has been featured on 13M Subscriber Daily Dose of Internet Youtube channel.

He performs at Weddings, corporate functions, churches and private parties. His magic is fun, interactive and easily relatable to any age group.

Iain also has created magic tricks that other magicians perform in person and on youtube which have received glowing reviews in ‘The Magic Circular’ (The official Magic Circle magazine). So if you see other magicians it’s likely they are performing Iain’s tricks!

Nikola Arkane

To dub Nikola Arkane a Magic Close-up Champion is not hyperbole – in recent years she has won several prestigious conjuring competitions. Hailing from Belfast, Northern Ireland she has managed to captivate audiences and viewers across the world with a unique, fresh and theatrical style of magic.

Nikola Arkane has been a regular guest performer at international venues like The Chicago Magic Lounge’s Virtual Cocktail hour, Monday Night Magic in New York, The Amsterdam Magic Show and has performed several times and been the headliner for The Magic Castle’s virtual magic shows on behalf of The Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood.

You might not know it yet, but you want some Arkane magic for your next live event!

Bron Ivy (Radish)

Tuesday / Wednesday

Bron is an AIMC member of the magic circle and she has a very unique style, often found hosting their close up nights Bron has been a magician and pupperteer for years. He alter ego is Radish, a quirky and funny children's magician, performing magic tricks that grown ups love too, also a fun and active entertainer for leading games, twisting balloon models, making slime, singing with the ukulele and more! Bron will be showing us her skills at entertaining the youngest audiences

Delegates usually come for the magic but return year after year due to the friendship and comradery across all denominations.

Plus this year Parlour tricks, so everybody has a chance to perform should they wish to. Feedback from the Pro's is available if requested

Learn from the best, strive to be the best you can. This is the place to start your magical journey. All levels from beginner to full time pro's attend. Possibly the friendliest magic convention in the world (or at least Northampton)

Our daily Start Right Sessions will be led by Anita Colpus, who is Rector at TRINITY Lewes in East Sussex.

She was ordained in July 2003 and has served in London, Canterbury, Southwark and Chichester Dioceses.
She is passionate about seeing people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

Critique and Feedback is available for any or all your performances. First come first served but if you want some tips from the pros please do ask

You come for the magic, but you return for the fellowship. This is a real family that welcome everybody

2025 Conference

The 2025 Conference will be at Kings Park Conference Centre in Northampton, 17th - 20th February 2025. The conference centre is completely self contained and we can provide transport from rail links, bus station etc if required. Just let us know well in advance. The centre is spacious and airy and during the last two conferences there we have been the only group on site. The Conference is a great time to reconnect with people, share fellowship, learn new skills, discover fresh ideas and improve our performance. Whether you perform magic only within your talks, services and assemblies or whether you perform stage shows or close up events, the conference has something for you. Lets learn and improve our skills together, join us at the 2025 conference.

This is because some spouses primarily like to join us at conference for the fellowship
and so we have reduced the part of the fee that funds our speaker costs.
The discount would not apply to two members who choose to share a twin room.
